Delivery Times

• Karachi: target delivery within 24 hours.
• Other Pakistan cities: target delivery within 2–3 days.

Delivery estimates can vary with order time, destination, stock, weather, courier operations and other conditions. The delivery estimate shown for your order is the final reference.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across Pakistan. The current delivery charge for COD orders is Rs. 199 flat, unless a store promotion or checkout setting states otherwise.

Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to orders over Rs. 3,000 where the promotion is active and applicable to the destination.

Courier

Shipments may be sent through Leopards or TCS, depending on destination and operational availability.

Can I Check the Parcel Before Payment?

Where the courier and shipment service allow parcel inspection, customers may ask to inspect the parcel before handing over payment. Inspection availability can vary by courier, destination and shipment conditions. Do not open a sealed parcel beyond what the courier permits.
